Welcome to the Community Fair Trade Buying Club webpage for the Cincinnati Presbytery.  Our goal is to support fair trade / equal exchange efforts with purchases of coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolates. Current member churches of this effort include Union Presbyterian, Ft. Thomas Presbyterian, Mt. Washington Presbyterian and Community of Faith Presbyterian.

  • This Club is nonprofit.
  • There is no membership fee or registration.
  • The 2015 monthly order  “deadlines” are HERE with delivery usually 1-2 weeks later
  • We buy directly from Equal Exchange in West Bridgewater, MA, mostly at wholesale by the case. Items are sold at our wholesale cost except for bags of coffee, which are marked up slightly to help cover the extra retail cost of partial cases. Order 4 bags of one coffee item and save $1.00 (savings not shown in the Order Form).

HERE is a brochure with some details of the products and HERE are additional details on any product(s) you are thinking of purchasing

This webpage on the Cincinnati Presbytery site gives a little description on the Coffee CUP program

  • HERE is a 2013 Mission Spotlight article about the program
  • HERE is the 2014 program summary

If you are a member of one of the participating churches and would like to make a purchase but NOT using our online form, please print this order form and send it to your church representative.  If you are a member of another church in the Cincinnati Presbytery, please contact Dean Shupe c/o Union Presbyterian and you can see about making alternative arrangements.
